Standards for designing physical event collateral, campus banners, entry arches, student badges, and sponsor blocks to ensure institutional branding remains clear and majestic on campus.
1. Campus Banners & Standees
Campus events (conferences, cultural, sports) must use uniform vertical dimensions. Standard templates should align the EGS Pillay shield at the top, leaving the central canvas for specific theme messaging.

Logo must span at least 1.5ft in width at the top.
The Montserrat bold font should be used for event titles.
Include secondary college credentials at the bottom.

Center title should not be less than 48pt in print.

2. Sponsor Grid Lockups
When host partnerships occur, EGS Pillay Group logos must occupy the dominant top-left corner. Secondary sponsors are arranged horizontally in standard grey block cells of proportional width.
